Zymurgist Borealis September 2012 meeting
It was not what one would call a "sunny" day but it was a beautiful day.
The temperature was around 60° F or so with no wind to speak of.
It was a great time to be outside enjoying good beer/mead and good food amongst friends.
The group enjoyed hanging out while Frank Santora in the background worked his magic on the grill. I've always considered myself handy with the BBQ but compared to Frank all I can say is, "I'm not worthy! I'm not worthy!"
Frank served up an amazing stuff chicken breast all prepared there on site and beautifully plated on a bed of cabbage and roasted beet slaw (Can you tell I watch the Food Network?).
As usual folks came and went. Surprisingly we only had a total of eight people in attendance. It was such a beautiful day one would have thought there would be more people there. Then again this very well could be the last truly nice weekend before our extended autumn comes to an end. Winter's coming....
Bobby Wilken and his sister, Karen arrived in style in HooDoo Brewing's beer mobile.
I had a few really nice pictures of their truck but somehow when I downloaded pictures yesterday many of the pictures I took were corrupted. My beer mobile pictures were amongst those that bought the farm. Bummer....
I liberated the above image from HooDoo Brewing Company's Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/HooDooBrew?ref=ts).
