Pictures from the 1999E.T. Barnette Homebrew Competition
Left - Judging the Mead Class (and filling out paperwork). In this particular case they are judging a particularly nice raspberry melomel that tied of first in its Class and came in third over all.Below Left - A moment of contemplation while judging the Dark Ale Class (Need I point out the paperwork?).Below Right - Evaluating beers in the Best of Show round of judging. When judging the best of the best it isn't easy coming up for an overall "best" beer. The winner of this round received $500!! |
