*Épluche-culotte is a Belgian style Trippel spiced with coriander and bitter (Curacao) orange peel. The name means "Panty Peeler" in reference to the fact that this beer is smooth and very drinkable and surprisingly high in alcohol (~9% ABV). At present, Épluche-culotte is only available in 22 oz. bottles. Some of this beer may eventually also be kegged.

**The name, La Mâitresse du Moine, means "Monk's Mistress". In general this beer should only be available in 22 oz. bottles though they may occasionally release kegged versions to select accounts.

***Oosik is the Eskimo term for a walrus baculum (penile bone). It is often given as a gift to newly-weds signifying fertility.

*A very limited amount of Arctic Devil Barley Wine is kegged and is available for Growler fill-ups at the brewery. It is also available in draught form each January at Anchorage's annual Great Alaska Beer and Barley Wine Festival. Note that there is version of this beer that is aged in oak which is also on tap at the Festival.

**Cohoho Imperial I.P.A. is brewed for Humpy's Great Alaskan Alehouse. Cohoho is on tap only at Humpy's. Cohoho Imperial I.P.A. is also available in draught form at the brewery for keg and Growler fills. This extremely hoppy beer is brewed with maple syrup, honey and brown sugar and hopped to an astounding rate of 85 I.B.U.s (15 units greater than that of Sockeye Red). Although the hopping rate is on the high side for an I.P.A., the alcohol content (6.7% ABV) is mid-range for the style.

***A light wheat beer spiced with coriander and bitter (Curacao) orange peel.

Note that in addition to the beers listed above Midnight SunBrewing produces numerous specialty beers which are available for relatively short periods of time and have limited distribution (sometimes available only at the brewery).

Midnight Sun beers are also sold in bulk (i.e. Growler and keg fills) at the brewery up to a maximum of 5 gallons.
